This weekend Kelly, Grandpa and I got the trampoline up at Grandma and Grandpa's, and the kids couldn't have been more excited! They spent their entire days out there pretty much on Saturday and Sunday. Kelly and I agreed that was the best money ever spent (by grandma and grandpa- thanks guys :))!
Having boys means no barrettes, bows or pigtails, but they do occasionally ask you to "do" their hair, which I'll take :) This was bedtime the other night and we were brushing our teeth and he saw the hair gel and told me he wanted a mohawk for bed. His hair is getting a little long for a mohawk, but to him it just made it look that much cooler!
Cal has gone down to one nap a day, right after lunch, which means he no longer takes his morning nap. Which also means falling asleep in his high chair eating lunch has happened more than once... Don't worry though, he usually gets plenty to eat before he crashes, and then takes a good 2 1/2 - 3 hour nap.
This weather we've been having has been unbelievable! The kids and I have been enjoying getting outside to play a lot. The other day they discovered the neighbors water fountain and had fun splashing in the ice cold water. Of course Cal had his shirt soaked in a matter of minutes and it was time to go in and change!
