This morning we got up really early and headed to Madison for the Race for the Cure. Mom ran the 5K and dad and I cheered her on. Afterwards we stopped at the Farmer's Market that goes around the capitol and I got some good food!

Mad City Marathon

Dad ran his second marathon today in Madison. He says he feels great and can't wait for the next one- and no I'm not being sarcastic! Mom and I cheered for him at 2 different points on the course. It was a lot of walking, and a lot of time spent in the stroller, but I was a great spectator- I even clapped and cheered for some of the runners! Here are some photos from Dad's big day!

Mommy's Helper

Lately mom can't even go near the dishwasher without me banging on it and wanting her to open it. When she does the dishes I'm the first one there to help out! She says not to worry, she doesn't let me in there until all of the adult utensils are put away :)

A few weeks ago my Aunt Sarah came to visit. It was so good to see her, we hadn't seen her since Christmas. She came all the way from North Dakota! Also, on Wednesday night my Uncle Pat came to visit. He was close by for work (OK, two hours away, but I'm worth the drive right?!) so he came over and we all went out to eat. Thanks for coming to visit and letting me stay up so late Uncle Pat!

I have a couple toys that I can walk behind, and boy do I love to go! Here is a video of me showing how fast I get going sometimes. Too bad there is always furniture or toys in my way!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's day everyone! I hope everyone had a great day! We had a nice relaxing day. Dad ran 20 miles-mom and I think he is crazy, but we are proud! I also got to see my friend Maddox for a little bit. Dad had to go into work now- he leaves for a work trip again tomorrow. Anyhow, I just wanted to say happy mother's day to my Grandmas, Aunts and Megan, Kelli and Andrea!

In the past couple of weeks I discovered this gate that my parents put up to keep me from something... I've been spending a lot of time looking through it trying to figure out what could possibly be on the other side of it!

Hey everyone, check out my new ride! Mom and Dad's car was not running very well so after much debating, we got a new mini van! We have so much more room now. The coolest part is that the seats stow into the floor so mom says when she is taking too long shopping Daddy and I can play in the back! She said she was kidding but I'm not so sure... Anyways, here are a few pictures of me enjoying the new van!
