Pool Party

A few weeks ago we had a last minute pool party at Kelly's that all of us were actually able to make it to!  It was a great day for swimming and we threw together some good food which is always a bonus :).  Here are some pics of the cousins enjoying the pool.

 I'm hoping next year when everyone is a year older it will go better :)

 Cal and his BFF Kelly.  He lures Kelly into taking him down the slide about 10 times in a row, and then catching him off the diving board about 20 times in a row.  I tell her she can thank me for her workout :).

Leyton also loves the diving board and slide.  He goes off the diving board the most and his go-to is the cannon ball, although I don't have video of it.  He loves to yell out "Cannon Ball!", a la The Sandlot.

 Shamu is a big guy:

 Lucy has gotten good at going down the slide first and catching herself at the end, and then actually holding on tight enough for Leyton and Lauren to come slamming into her for their train.  Its entertaining to watch when she isn't able to hold on also, and shes always a good sport about it!

 The two littles have mastered swimming on their own with their life jackets on.  Its crazy to see tiny Luca just swimming around the pool hanging out for hours.  He occasional slaps a pair of goggles around his neck too :).

 When we had gone inside from swimming my mom heard Cal and Luca in Kelly and Dave's room.  When she went in she found them in the bed eating suckers!  Cal looked at her and said "Cover us up".  These two crack me up!  And sorry if your bed was a little sticky Kel!
