For Leyton's early birthday present Grandma Bostow got him a membership to the Minnesota Zoo. We have already gone a few times and it's always a lot of fun!
Cal loved the goats, and they were very friendly too! Cal had fun pulling pieces of hay out of this one's mouth and feeding it back to him!
Cal also tried to feed one of the big pigs his apple sauce:

The tiger came right up to us and paced back and forth. It is always so surprising how big those things really are up close!
The bears always put on a good show! One time they were swimming and splashing like crazy, and this time they were wrestling and being goofy in the water.

Great pictures! We have a membership too and love it!
That's a great action shot of the bears! I really like the zoo membership as a gift idea. I'll have to remember that for future gifts.
