Trick or Treat!

Happy Halloween everyone! On Monday morning the kids and I headed to NR for trick or treating that night with all of the cousins. During the day Jessie and Mom ran to town for groceries and called and told me that downtown was having kids trick or treating and bouncy houses, etc. So I loaded up Cal, Leyton and Lauren (they had Luca and Ella with them) and we did some pre-trick or treating! The kids had fun and TC the twins mascot was even there! Then around 5:30 we all headed out to the relatives. First stop was Lindsey's, then Kathy's and Diane's, then to Pat and Terri's, and then Grandma Krumm's. We ended back at mom and dad's for super and candy eating. It was a late, fun night everyone! Thanks!

My elephant Leyton:
Lauren was a beautiful butterfly, and Ella looked too cute in the frog costume!Luca the baby calf:Stopping for a treat break...Leyton loves team mascots, is fascinated by them and stares at them, but is also terrified of them! He would not go near TC. Eric's a die-hard Twins fan so I guess this photo of Lauren with TC will have to do :). She had no fear of him!Leyton thought the helicopter was pretty cool! My turtle Cal:Lindsey, Cal & Leyton:An attempt at a cousin picture- Cory was even there!Lauren was in the photo above, but I accidentally didn't get Luca in it.... in this picture below Luca is present but Lauren isn't... It is not easy getting those photos!Kelly and Uncle Steve surprised us by dressing up... we were shocked! Way to go guys :)The happy turtle hanging out at Pat & Terri's: A shot of the shell...Pat and Terri always give the kids fun things, including these creepy fingers...They also got activity books, Slinkys, and too much other stuff! Cal spent his evening dreaming of tearing into his brother's candy...After we got home and into our jammies, Leyton was super excited to see that Luca has the same police man pj's as him! That night at Grandma and Grandpa's Cal kept finding Ella's nook and seemed to know just what to do with it as he'd pop it into his mouth over and over again... he liked it so much it almost made me want to dig some of his baby ones back out that he never seemed to like!
