On July 1st Leyton had his 5 year check-up. It was his first time visiting our Doctor in Hudson. He really liked his new Doctor, and did great with the hearing and sight tests. The Doctor was super friendly and Leyton seemed to think he was pretty funny. Leyton told him how he can ride his bike without training wheels, what his favorite color is, whats sports he's been up to, and when the Doctor asked what his favorite food was Leyton said broccoli- which actually is one his favs! The doctor looked at me like he must be kidding, but its true, the kid loves salads and any veggies with dip!
Leyton got his 5 year or Kindergarten shots at this appointment, and when they asked if he wanted them in the same leg he said he wanted them in both legs like his cousin Lauren :) (we were in Rice Lake when Lauren had her 2 band aids on each leg). He was really brave and didn't even let out a cry. He is getting so big!
